Parambikulam Sanctuary

Contiguous with the Anaimalai Sanctuary and situated on the banks of the Prambikulam river and dam, the sanctuary has a large resident and migratory population of various animals.

Season : Feb-Apr. ( open throughout the year except June-August)
Flora : Tropical wet evergreen, Tropical semi-evergreen
Fauna : Elephant, gaur, chital, sambar, crocodile etc.
