It's been sweaty throughout. The heat of the crams, indoor studies, scary deadlines, tensions, sleepless nights…. It's all over. But now the summer heat is on and so are the sweat bands, sunburns and baked up vehicles. Well, if you really feel like going into hiding or break free from this heat into a repository, but cannot trail wildly all by yourself, no worries, because here are the cool cats - Wildertrails (Pvt.) Ltd. And their Adventure Club. Major Ashok Candade, the man behind Wildertrails, felt that his children were missing an important fundamental. And this was the genesis of a club for children, youngsters and adults with the concept - discover the excitement of the great outdoors. Exhilarating weekends of camping, trekking, rock-climbing, nature tails, cycle treks, beach walks, jungle trips with the basic idea of exploring the nature and enjoying its beauty, a far cry from our fastidious life. The inauguration of Wildertrails Adventure Club held at Drive-in-Woodlands provided a real taste of camp life - a pitched tent with camp furniture and equipment and of course, Ashok Candade's commitment towards his cause. He is shooting off straight away, putting words into action with a 4-day tented camp in Amaravathi, a scenic hill-country near Coimbatore, Topslip from May 1st. Pack up those camping gears.
