Adventure club launched (The Indian Express 15 April 1997)
The Wildertrails Adventure Club, under the umbrella of Wildertrails Private Limited Company, was launched here today. Promoted by Major Ashok S. Candade (retd.), the club will offer training programmes to schools and corporate getaways, apart from organising camps for families and individuals. Farstar Distribution Network managing director Rekha Shetty launched the club and wildlife activist A.N. Jagannatha Rao and WWF senior project officer R. Banumathi were present.
